We may record and store archives of these communications to protect the safety and well-being of our users and to protect the Company’s rights in connection with the Service. You acknowledge and consent to the recording and storage of such communications for these purposes.
If you choose to use Facebook or Twitter to use our blog or community forums, the information you provide is tied to your Facebook account or Twitter account, as the case may be. You will need to contact Facebook and/or Twitter directly in order to request removal of personal information from such blog or community forum.
When you use an App on a mobile platform, we may collect and record certain information such as your hardware type, unique device ID, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), Media Access Control (“MAC”) address, the version of your operating system, your device name, your telephone number, your email address, and your location (based on your IP address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends. In addition, we may create a unique user ID number to track your use of our Service, which is stored in connection with your profile information.
An App may require you to create an account or profile within the Service in which you may be required to provide the following information: your age or birthday (for age screening and/or to us confirm that it is you accessing your account.
You may be able to create a user profile that is visible to other App users. Your user profile may include: a profile image; one or more game username(s); and a user ID number that is created by us and used to identify your profile.
In addition to being able to log into an App directly through the creation of an account or profile within the Service, you may also be able to log into application using sign-in services (“SN Service”) such as Facebook Connect, Apple’s Application Center, Google+ or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name, email address, and other information. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities to your Facebook profile page to share with others within your network.
We may collect and record information through the SN Service in accordance with the policies and terms of that SN Service. The information we collect when you connect your user account to an SN Service may include: (1) your name, (2) your SN Service user identification number and/or user name, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) sex, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the SN Service user identification numbers for your friends that are also connected to the Company’s product(s).
You may be able to invite your contacts from a SN Service (such as your Facebook friends) to join you in the Company’s products. We may use the contact information of such contacts for the purpose of sending communications to the addressee.
When you ask for assistance from our Customer Support team, we may collect and store the contact information you provide (generally your name and e-mail address), information about your game play or activity on the Service, and your username or user ID number. We may also store the correspondence and any information contained within.
We may send push notifications to your mobile device to provide product updates and other relevant messages. You can turn off these push notifications at the device level through your settings.
Whenever you use our product, we may collect data about all of your interactions with the product and with the other uers inside the product via server log files.
We may also acquire information from you through (1) your access and participation in message boards on the Service, (2) your participation in surveys regarding the Service or (3) your participation in sweepstakes or contest through the Service.
We may offer you the option to participate in sweepstakes or contests through the Service. If you choose to participate, we will request certain personal information from you. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and address), and certain demographic information (such as zip code). We primarily use this information to notify winners and award prizes, to monitor traffic or customize the Service.
A cookie is a small text file that we may transfer to your computer and/or device, to identify your computer/device and to “remember” things about your visits, such as your preferences or a user name and password. We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your device. This software may record information such as how often you use an App, the events that occur within the App, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the App was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the App.
We may provide your information to third party companies to perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, e-mail delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing services.
Our services may contain third party tracking tools from our service providers to enable them to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. The third parties may have access to information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, locale, geo-location information, and IP address for the purpose of providing their services under their respective privacy policies. Our privacy policy does not cover the use of tracking tools by third parties.
We may feature advertising within our Service. We do not actively share personal information with third party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes unless you give us your consent. In addition, you may see our products advertised in other services. After clicking on one of these advertisements and installing an App, you will become a user of our Service. In order to verify the installs, a device identifier may be shared with the advertiser.
We may display an “offer wall” in an App that is hosted by an offer wall provider. The offer wall allows advertisers to provide virtual currency to users in exchange for interacting with an advertisement. These are not offers made by the Company. These offers may be displayed to you based on certain technical information, such as your geographic area or anonymous demographic information. After clicking on one of these advertisements, you will be redirected to a site that is not hosted by the Company. To properly credit user accounts and to prevent fraud, a unique identifier, will be shared with the offer wall provider.
We collect your information primarily to provide you with a safe, seamless, fun, and tailored experience. For example, we may use information collected from you in any one or more of the following ways:
• create your profiles and accounts for our products
• identify and propose interactions with other App users
• prevent potentially illegal activities and enforce our Terms of Service
• deliver targeted advertising
• allow you to communicate with other users
• provide technical support and respond to user inquiries
• provide in-product leader boards and promote in-product user achievements
• solicit feedback to improve the Service and tailor your user experience
• inform users about new products or promotional offers
We do not share your personal information except as approved by you or as described below:
When you provide your consent, for example, when you agree to our sharing your information with other third parties to enable them to market their services to you directly. If you no longer wish to receive such communications from third parties, please contact that third party.
When we engage third parties to perform services on our behalf such as in connection with analyzing data and providing customer support. These agents and service providers may have access to your personal information in connection with the performance of services for the Company.

If you wish to review or change certain information that we have about you, or wish to delete your account, please send us an email to the email of the certain game. We will endeavor to respond to your request within 30 days. We may not be able to change certain information, in which case you may need to delete your account and create a new one. In addition, we may retain certain information contained in deleted accounts for internal purposes.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Service. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information.
